01 / What I do

Four services. One operator behind them.

Every engagement starts from the same place: understanding how the work actually flows before touching a single automation node.

Workflow Automation

End-to-end automation builds: multi-path conditional logic, routers, iterators, scheduled delays, and AI steps that handle branching business processes without manual intervention.

n8n · Make.com · Zapier · GoHighLevel

AI-Assisted Development

Prototypes, scripts, and internal apps built with AI coding tools — translating plain-language requirements into working software, plus prompt engineering for AI agents and content workflows.

Claude Code · Codex · Lovable · Python · JavaScript

Operations & Inventory Consulting

High-volume inventory systems, marketplace reconciliation, order processing, B2B account handling, and fraud monitoring — grounded in a decade of logistics and distribution work.

ERP · CRM · API & batch integrations

SOP & Process Documentation

Every automation ships with clear SOPs so your team can run it, hand it off, and improve it without me. Documentation is the deliverable, not an afterthought.

Process mapping · KPI reporting · Team handoff

03 / FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

Who's behind Viera Strategy?
Viera Strategy is run by its founder and CEO — a distribution and logistics professional with 10+ years of experience managing high-volume inventory systems, remote teams, and third-party platform integrations, now working full-time in AI-assisted development and workflow automation. It's a one-operator practice, which means the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it.
What tools do you build with?
n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and GoHighLevel for automation platforms; Claude Code, Codex, and Lovable for AI-assisted development; Python and JavaScript where custom logic is needed; and Hex for data exploration and reporting. Tool choice follows the process — not the other way around.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Small and mid-sized businesses with real operational complexity: e-commerce and marketplace sellers, logistics and distribution teams, agencies, and service businesses running on CRMs. If your team spends hours on copy-paste reconciliation, follow-ups, or reporting, that's the profile.
Do you only do automation, or consulting too?
Both — and in that order. Consulting engagements audit and fix the underlying process; automation engagements build on top of a process that's already sound. Many clients start with a process audit and graduate into an automation build once we know what's worth automating.
Are the community tools really free?
Yes. Everything in the Community section is published on GitHub, free to fork and adapt. These are working versions of tools I use in client engagements — sharing them keeps me honest and helps other builders skip the trial-and-error phase.
What does an engagement look like?
Scoping call → written proposal with fixed scope → build and test end-to-end → documentation and handoff. You own the accounts, the workflows, and the SOPs. Timelines run from a few days for a single workflow to several weeks for multi-system integrations.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes — based in Metro Manila, Philippines, working remotely with clients across time zones. Years of remote collaboration with U.S.-based operations teams means async communication, clear documentation, and overlap hours are already the default working style.
