01 / Viera Strategy Consulting

Automation fails when the process underneath it is broken.

Most businesses buy automation tools before they understand their own workflow — then wonder why the bot makes the same mistakes their team did, just faster.

Viera Strategy works the other way around. As founder and principal consultant, I spent over a decade inside real operations: managing high-volume inventory across marketplaces, coordinating API integrations with vendors and tech teams, resolving disputes, and building the SOPs that kept remote teams aligned.

That operator's eye is what I bring to every consulting engagement — before a single node gets connected.

02 / What's included

Four services. One operator behind them.

Every engagement starts from the same place: understanding how the work actually flows before touching a single automation node.

Workflow Automation

End-to-end automation builds: multi-path conditional logic, routers, iterators, scheduled delays, and AI steps that handle branching business processes without manual intervention.

SOP & Process Documentation

Every automation ships with clear SOPs so your team can run it, hand it off, and improve it without me. Documentation is the deliverable, not an afterthought.

03 / How it works

A four-step engagement, every time.

No engagement skips a step. Automation only gets built once the process underneath it is understood and proven.

  1. Audit the process

We map how work actually flows — not how the org chart says it should. Friction points, double-handling, and reconciliation gaps get surfaced first.

  2. Fix what's broken

Process improvements come before tooling. Sometimes the fix is an SOP, a handoff change, or a reporting template — not a new subscription.

  3. Automate what's proven

Only stable, well-understood processes get automated. Builds are scoped, tested end-to-end, and shipped with error handling that respects your data.

  4. Document and hand off

Every engagement ends with SOPs your team can run without me. You own the workflow, the documentation, and the accounts it runs on.
